If there are no unexpected charges, it's still satisfactory. They charged 150 MYR because the pick-up time differed by half an hour from the booking time, and another 350 MYR for adding an additional driver. Moreover, they didn’t provide a receipt.

The car rental company is very professional, providing clear explanations and timely communication. They proactively shared all the key points and precautions for the trip in advance, clearly marking everything for me. This driving and car rental experience was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely choose this rental company again in the future. Their customer service is excellent, the vehicle was clean, and its condition was great. Initially, I was supposed to pick up the car at Terminal 1, but based on convenience and return trip considerations, I decided to switch to Terminal 2 for both pickup and return—the two terminals are 10 km apart. The rental company promptly drove the car to Terminal 2 for me without any additional charges.
