The car might have been too old, making it difficult to overtake. The steering wheel was not very responsive. In general, there were many cars on the highway from Kuala Lumpur to Penang, with high speeds, which made driving quite exhausting.

I will definitely choose this rental company again in the future. Their customer service is excellent, the vehicle was clean, and its condition was great. Initially, I was supposed to pick up the car at Terminal 1, but based on convenience and return trip considerations, I decided to switch to Terminal 2 for both pickup and return—the two terminals are 10 km apart. The rental company promptly drove the car to Terminal 2 for me without any additional charges.
