the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

“Long lines”

Long lines at the rental counter. Not enuf counter reps. Unacceptable. Confusion returning vehicle. Poor signage in garage.

“Scratched Smelly Car”

The car has multiple drapes and scratches on exterior. Car interior smelled like a smoker owned the car. Right front tire began losing air first day after renting

Called customer service 7 times got platitudes from different people. No resolutions offered. Expected me to drive 3 hours to Phoenix to trade car. And 3 hours back to where I was staying. Automatically offer $50. Off when returning car. NOT HAPPY!!!
