From start to finish, the staff and online customer service were very professional. Every detail was handled perfectly, exceeding our expectations! Special thanks to Mr. Yuan who assisted us during the car return; he patiently answered our questions and was very accommodating. Sincere thanks to every staff member for making our trip to the Western US nearly perfect.

The car had some scratches and dents, but otherwise it was fine. Picking up my vehicle was smoothe. Dropping off, had a bit of a wait to get to the airport. First said it would be 5 minutes. I waited at least 5 minutes, then said it would be an additional 10 minutes. When I indicated I really needed to make my flight, then then took me to the airport. Other than that I think Yesaway is great, better than any Car Rental I have ever experienced. Prices are quite reasonable and hoping them keep them that way. Would like to see a little more customer service available at the counter when walking in. Overall the place seems empty, but the upside is that there isn't a huge crowd to compete with time wise. Overall I would give Yesaway a 9.8. I am very happy with them and would like to make this my Car Rental of Choice. Like: The pick up was easy, the shuttle was convenient, our car was in great condition.
Dislike: We had a bit of a long wait for the shuttle back to the airport, and it appeared that the shuttle driver was just waiting, not actually gone anywhere, so there was some miscommunication around that. Other than that, the experience was great.
