Overall, it was a very satisfying experience, but I hope the drop-off process can be better arranged!

I am a seasoned car renter, and not easily pleasantly surprised, but YESAWAY's personnel was simply great - everybody was really friendly and fast, they picked us up late at night when we arrived, and gave us a ride to the terminal when we departed. I would definitely recommend YESAWAY to all my friends and relatives. Great job, guys!

The car was a 2016 car which is rather old for a rental car. The front tires were not in a very good condition (I would have replaced them if they were on my personal car). I mentioned that to your employees and asked for a different car, but they were very firm not to meet my request.

The only issue was them not being able to take us back to the hotel and also no direct pickup from airport.

I waited a really long time to get my car. They need an actual document showing your insurance. Visa and MasterCard are not enough. This really needs to change as it bogs down the whole exchange. Most of their customers are Chinese tourists who are accustomed to providing that but the company hasn’t yet understood how things are done in America.
