staff were not trained to recognise a UK drivers licence and so refused to give us the car. I even phoned the Enterprise customer service desk who were useless. We had to wait for over an hour till they found a book that showed them what a UK driving license looked like. This was a terrible experience

Like: They were out of kind if car I reserved and ended up in a truck. They gave me same low rate regardless and we enjoyed the truck. Good customer service.
Dislike: The only com0laint I had is that the costs/financial chages,were confusing.
