Counter Service Terrible!

the only complaint was a very poor job of cleaning the windows, I picked the car up late at night the car was very clean but when I hit the freeway with oncoming lights I couldn't see I had to pull over and wipe the windshield inside and out with a shirt

Even though we arrived late at night, and there were not many customers there, we had to wait in line and then at the desk for over an hour. The service was extremely slow, and not explanation was ever given for why it took so long. I would hate think what the experience would have been if it had been crowded. Also, we were surprised -- not in a good way -- that we were given a diesel car. Diesel is more expensive and not available at every gas station. This should be noted as a possibility in the rental process, just like manual transmission or any other unusual feature.

The line to receive our car was ridiculous! And then when we did get to the counter they didn't have a car available for us so we had to wait another 40 minutes. The car had a nasty smell on the inside of it and did not smell fresh and clean.

car was fine, just not what i rented. why can't car rental businesses provide the "reserved" car i rented?

The billing that we got was very confusing. On our bill we were charged $421 for a refuelling fee at $8.99/gal. We returned the vehicle full of fuel as the bill states,so what is this refuelling fee? If the $421 is for something else then call it what it is, I even asked what it was but wasn' t given an explanation
