All good

The car pickup process was self-service. We added roadside assistance insurance, printed the receipt, and picked up the car ourselves. It was very convenient. At the entrance, we scanned our documents, checked the driver's license and its translation. For the car return, we had originally planned to return it at the airport, but a phone call confirmed that we could change to the Union Square location for free, which was great since our hotel was at Union Square. The service was very good with no extra charges.

All worked well and appreciated the facility to keep checking price changes that saved us almost £200

I have to say I was very disappointd with Alamo. 1. We had no choice of vehicle, there was two their both in the same luxury category but was only allowed one of the two without an explanation. 2. The car was not even clean and to make matters worse either the people who hired the car before us or the rental staff had been smoking dope. It was that bad that on the second day we had had enough and paid for the car to get a interior detail. So disappointed. The only benefit was the car did drive and ride fantastic and would gladly get another Lincoln.

Lots of self check in booths. Very helpful staff. Smooth pick up & drop off.

Like: I was very satisfied with the rental. I had wanted a red car but the white Buick Cascada convertible was a great choice. My family and I had a wonderful time.
Dislike: I did not like the 45 min wait in line and that I could not use my atm card.
