- Chose the self-service option, but upon arrival, some booking procedures were still required. - They printed our international driving permit only after a reminder. - They provided a guide to U.S. traffic rules, which is very helpful for newcomers to driving in the U.S. - The provided offline GPS wasn't very useful. - We were pleasantly surprised to find a phone holder in the car, which was brand new and very sturdy. - Picked up the car from a store at the international airport, where they provided free self-service hot water, coffee, tea, and restrooms. However, sometimes there was no staff present, and we had to call them out. - On the last day, they drove us to the airport, and although we waited about half an hour, a staff member later apologized and explained that the shuttle had to refuel, which took some time. The shuttle was very comfortable, highly recommended~ - Overall, I would choose yesaway first for my next self-drive trip abroad.

The rental company promptly contacted us before departure to discuss the itinerary, quickly answered various questions, and provided relevant guidance. There were shuttle services from the airport. The process of picking up and returning the car was very convenient and straightforward.
