Pretty good, they upgraded since the same model wasn't available.

At the New York airport branch, a plus-sized African American staff member served us with an indifferent attitude and slow actions. Despite arriving on time to pick up the car, she told us it would take another two to three hours for it to be ready. As we were in a hurry, we asked for any available similar car. Only then did she provide a Toyota. This wouldn't have been a big issue, but she mentioned they were changing the policy from full-to-full fuel to full-to-empty. In our rush, we agreed, but the fuel tank was only at 90%. When we returned the car, we were charged over $90 for the fuel and taxes. It's unfair to expect a car to be returned with an empty tank.

The car was fine, but I don’t want that to increase my score for Dollar. They suck so much. There was a huge line (1.25 hours) for Dollar/Thrifty/Hertz all combined. Counter staff kept pulling Hertz customers to the front of the line. I finally got to the counter and was told I’d now be put on a waitlist for 2 hours, and they’d call me when the car was finally clean and ready. Never again.

Always good. No complaints. But never again with Dollar/Thrifty/Hertz.

counter staff was great, they needed help. I waited in line for one and a half hours to be attended. I won't prepay next time all other rental car agents were available, they just sat at their stations. customers in line left to other agents said they got the same deal!
