Overall satisfied

The process was quite simple and the staff was very attentive.

Some staff lack a strong sense of service and do not consider the customer's feelings. The reserved car model was unavailable at pickup, and the staff seemed indifferent, which was frustrating. However, the service was much better when returning the car after 4 days. It seems there's quite a difference between individuals.

Well, the overall experience was excellent. When I picked up the car, it was a new vehicle.

The counter staffs are very friendly and gave us clear guidance. We really appreciate it.

This is our first time to rent successfully a 7 seater automatic car with such lower price in Germany. We will definitely come back again!
