Very convenient, thumbs up

The service was okay, but the wait time for picking up the car was too long. The car model was quite different from what was booked, and there were not enough reminders about details like where to return the car. We were supposed to get a baby seat but didn't receive one; to their credit, they didn't charge us for it later.

The car was in good condition, but it wasn't properly cleaned when delivered. The staff at the counter tried to trick us into buying additional services. We had to escalate to higher management to resolve the issue.

Long line waiting pick up and check in for car. Staff very pushy trying to sell extras eg. more insurance, roadside assist, pore mpaids petrol option. Once check in complete all was good. Car clean, and in good serviceable condition. Good value for money.

Easy to use on line booking. Available offer made reservation more affordable. Good choice of cars, companies and prices.

Good consistent experience. No sales pressure is a big plus.

Price drop protection is a big time and money saver. Insurance coverage clinches the deal for those of us who are resident outside the US.
