The booking process would have been extremely quick and easy if I had not tried out the option to pay with cryptocurrency. They denied my deposit payment with Bitcoin because by the time it was verified and received the amount was off. The deposit amount was then returned to my crypto wallet entailing a fee both ways on a useless system. When I called customer service they knew absolutely nothing about it...even the fact that they accepted crypto in the first place. Besides this, Qeeq was a decent, easy to use platform offering cheap rates on car rentals.

Great service! Kudos!! I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the odometer read 10,000 miles when I picked it up. The car was in good condition. After driving for 5 days, it showed that the oil needed to be changed. In Salt Lake City, I got a free upgrade to a higher-level car, a 7-seat GMC Acadia full-size crossover with only 7,000 miles on it, which was awesome. When returning the car, the fuel tank wasn't full, but the staff didn't charge me, and they even offered a free shuttle to the hotel. Returning the car took just 5 minutes, and picking it up took 15 minutes.

There are many cars and they are all quite new. The process of picking up and dropping off the car is simple and convenient. The only downside is that the shuttle wait time from Los Angeles airport to the rental center is a bit long.

Renting the car was quick. There were quite a few people, but the process was short. After a few brief questions, we could pick up the car. The parking lot was huge, with various types of cars. Since I had a reservation, I went straight to my car and drove off. It was a yellow Camaro, a soft-top convertible. The interior had a pleasant scent and was very clean, almost like a new car.
