nice experience but you should not be rushed

This store had no issues with me renting two cars under the same name as long as I provided enough drivers with valid licenses. However, the charges were very confusing. Both bookings were made via the mobile app, with the platform prepaying RMB 427 per car while the order indicated EUR 256.74 per car to be paid at the store. But when we got there, we had to pay EUR 286.5 per car. Additionally, they charged a deposit of EUR 806 per car on my credit card, which wasn't refunded after returning the cars. This maxed out my credit card and I had to change names for car rentals in Crete and Santorini.

A credit card guarantee of $865 is required, only Visa is accepted, not MasterCard. Due to insufficient credit limit, I had to purchase insurance for 15 euros and put down a cash deposit of 150 euros.

Very disappointed, customer service was appalling, various issues and do not want to waste any more time on this. Will never hire a vehicle from them again.
