The staff at the pickup counter were super nice. Their English accent was a bit strong, but there was zero hard-selling. I actually asked to add the Gold insurance myself—€75 for 3 days—so I don’t have to stress about minor scratches or dents. When renting a car abroad, it’s better to drive carefully anyway, and getting insurance at the counter is way easier than dealing with QEEQ claims after you’re back home.
