When checking Google reviews, I noticed many people mentioned long waiting times to pick up a car at the airport. I arrived at the airport around 5:30, and fortunately, there was no queue. The staff checked my documents fairly quickly. After confirming everything, they directed me to a specific parking spot to pick up the car. The signs were large and easy to locate.

We had to wait over 2hours in a queue to the car. Was a horrible experience.

Tire pressure warning popped up during the trip

we reached early to pick up the car at 17:36. My booking was made to be picked up at 18:30. The customer service officer did not inform us that we would have to wait till 18:30, he gave us the car early, and only after the trip, I am billed an extra day of rental of 100 euros, when my per day of rental was 57 euros approximately.

While I appreciate the service and assistance provided during my rental, I cannot recommend your company due to this unexpected charge, which has left me feeling cheated. Very good.

Before picking up the car, you can contact them via WhatsApp. They will send pictures to guide you to the shuttle bus location at Bari Airport. Upon arrival, the customer service is very good. They also offer to upgrade to full insurance on-site. I spent around 250 euros for four days. It's not cheap, but in Europe, it's better to pay for peace of mind.
