i would not rent from noleggiare again

As an experienced driver, I didn't purchase insurance. It was raining when picking up the car, making it hard to notice any potential issues. When returning the car, they claimed a very small dent on the front windshield was caused by a pebble on the highway and demanded €160 in compensation. Absolutely unreasonable! They stated it would only be processed a month later, forcing me to sign and accept. I'll never use this small company again!

Very good. The final scratch didn't cost much. Just waiting for the follow-up from QEEQ insurance.

They wouldn't let me rent a car because my card didn't have my name on it, and they wouldn't refund my booking fee.

The car model was downgraded. They insisted that we buy insurance from the company.

Over 40 minutes to collect car. Insurance that was pre-purchased we were told was invalid so had to pay again. Card machine would not accept 2 x business credit cards for this payment so had to use personal debit card. We have attempted to get a refund for the initial pre-purchased insurance but have been told on numerous occasions that the booking cannot be found. Terrible customer service!
