Staff at Fort Lauderdale location was courteous helpful and efficient. I would recommend ACE

Knocked it out of the park. Great value and convenient

There was a very long wait to get the car. It wasn't the car I reserved. There were a lot of hidden fees. I had to pay a 250 deposit and 100 dollars for a toll package from ACE. I asked if I brought the car back earlier if I would get refunded they said no refunds. I wasn't the only person that was there that was unhappy. There were 4 others there that were unhappy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ACE to an ENEMY. Worst rental car service ever.

Ace was a shuttle ride away. Pleasant CS but promoted w/in JAX airport but was not, we had to pick up car & drive 3 more hours to our destination. It was an exhausting day of traveling. Also mislead by $45 pre-paid fuel. Don’t recommend buying like we did. Not pro-rated. Not explained well at pickup. Cost exceeded booking $. Never had this happen b4 with Ace.

Misleading / marketing that Ace was at JAX airport. Was off-site & added an extra hour to our long trip.

The staff were super friendly and helped me with directions etc. Car was in great shape. Excellent overall

Very impressed with both the pick up and drop off. Why would anyone want to deal with that hassle at the airport. Only suggestion: a little more attention to inside of the windows. They obviously hadn't been carefully cleaned in a while. A lot of glare the first time I drove at night.
