When we arrived at Kiruna train station, we found that the car pickup point was further away, and we needed to take a taxi. However, it was snowing heavily, and there were no taxis available. Reluctantly, we called the rental company, and they came to pick us up without hesitation. It was like a godsend!

The car exceeded my expectations. I really like to use Hertz. Hertz is my preferred company for sure. Expensive because I normally arrive outside normal work hours, (wish it was a little cheaper then I could visit my cabin more often) but I always receive an excellent vehicle and the service is always excellent.
