CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON HERTZ IN STOCKHOLM

Very satisfied, all charges were clearly communicated and there was no pressure.

Very satisfied.

The car was in excellent condition, very new, and both pickup and drop-off were very convenient.

Very Helpful Staff, easy pickup

Overall experience was good.

The Hertz staff in Stockholm were very considerate and provided thorough explanations. They clarified all issues with the car. Returning the vehicle was also very convenient and didn't take any extra time.

Overall satisfied, except they cannot assist with parking tickets in Denmark.

The service attitude was great.

Satisfied

The staff at the counter and garage were very friendly, and the process was quick.

Very satisfied

Very satisfied, the staff were friendly and patient.

Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and ended up waiting about 40 minutes, but overall the service was fine. During the rental I tried calling with a question, yet nobody picked up even during their stated service hours. Also got a ticket for illegal parking, and the rental company doesn’t offer any help with paying the fine.

Excellent

Overall service is satisfactory

Good

The car is excellent, the driving experience is very smooth and stable. The navigation is easy to use, and there is wireless charging. The trunk is spacious. It was just in time for Sweden's ski season; we drove to Järvsö to see the snow, and the car handled perfectly on snowy roads without any slipping.

Got a free upgrade to a newer model and the car was in great shape, super happy with it!
