The company is run by Chinese people and provides explanations in Chinese throughout the process. The location for night drop-off is hard to find, causing a delay. Because we were 3 minutes late, an extra 5 hours of rental fee, $25, was charged. This price is much higher than the one we booked on Zuzuche, which feels a bit unfair.

The staff at the rental store exhibited completely different attitudes with and without surveillance. From the airport pickup to the store, their attitude was very good, humble, and the explanations were clear. I assume there were cameras in the shuttle and store. They didn't give us any time to inspect the car or provide a simple briefing (they mentioned during the rental process that there would be a briefing).
