When picking up the car at the counter, the staff may suggest some identification tips, everything else was fine.

Lincoln Navigator was not available. I was offered GMC Denali which stink with cigarettes, so I had to refuse it. After that I was offered even smaller GMC Yucon, which is pretty much Chevy Tahoe. I was after 16h flights with my tired family standing in 33C heat, so I didn't want to go back to the desk and argue... Overall not happy, as I could get Chevy Tahoe for the 60-70% price of what I had to pay and ended up with a smaller and simpler car that was showing OIL CHANGE every time when started.

All went well from the point of booking via QEEQ Mobile App.

Love to rent from Alamo because you get to choose any car from the range you rented.

I love that I can get my rental with insurance included at an affordable price. No surprises and no high pressure to pay more at the rental counter.

Definitely I will recommend this Company to friends and family .

Drop off location should be saved in the car GP'S , It will be easy for the customer to drive the car to the AIR PORT parking .

Only thing better would of been lower cost
