Well organized at the Reception, Veronica if I'm not mistaken, they were expecting me, got Fiat 500L instead of Ford Fiesta in few minutes I was done by the reception but had to walk 300 meters to the parking in order to pick up the car.

Overall, the car rental experience was satisfying, despite encountering some issues such as a flat tire caused by a nail during the trip and needing an urgent repair. Renting for 21 days during the busy July season, traveling through 7 countries, and driving over 4300 kilometers for less than 7000 was truly a great deal. The service at the Sicily by Car branch near Milano Centrale train station was excellent. They fully adhered to the contract booked via QEEQ, without any pressure to upsell insurance. The staff assisted with car inspection, and they were responsive to any issues that arose.

The car rental store in Milan is quite a distance from the parking lot. We had to drag two heavy suitcases across two streets and up to the third floor of the parking lot to find the place. Luckily, a staff member appeared halfway, so we didn't have to search for long.
