VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE

Car was great. Only issue i had was we arrived late evening and thrifty desk was closed and redirected to Dollar desk where we waited for over an hour and a half.

The amount due at the counter did not match what was listed in the receipt. I was asked to pay additional taxes and fees on top of what I was quoted at the time of booking which came to an additional $30

Excellent customer service. No issues to report.

Like: Dealing with this off- airport- site so much easier on many levels, the best of which is not having to drag suitcases to/from the airport's (what seems like) 2-mile walk.
Dislike: My only negative experience was on the day of pickup, there was only one person to handle customers as the other person had left ill. The process took about 1/2 hour or more, but it was not on the fault of the very friendly agent.
