DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

When we arrived at the airport we discovered there was no car available to us and we have been given no notice… Not by phone and not by email. After spending an hour and a half trying to find an available car we gave up after multiple wrong numbers and green motion car rental company never bothering to pick up the phone. This is the worst experience I have ever had and would never consider using your service again and will make sure everybody knows what an awful experience this was for us.

My experience would have been better if I did not have to drive a van with the advertisement on the hood and side of the vehicle. We hardly drove it so we would not be mistaken for a rental service car. A guest at our resort walked up the van thinking we were a driving service.

Had a car that was smoked in . It smelled as soon a the temp. Went higher. They said there going to call me at home. I guess that.lied to me no one called . Did NOT OFFER ME ANOTHER CAR. NICE

Everything was great except that they said my key fob didn't work but I could lock the car manually. Well the manual lock wouldn't lock either so I couldn't lock the care.

Dislike: Only one employee to take care of all The customers.
