Very satisfied!

Service efficiency is average. Returning the car in the afternoon needs improvement. The car key should be placed in a prominent location at the rental company, not handed over to airport security. After working hours, it was difficult to find the security personnel. I had to ask several people and wait a long time to find where the key was left.

asked for vehicle with USB charger and they provided one, great service from Keddy/Europcar

Attempts were made to upsell me to a car I clearly didn't need: "Since there's 2 of you a bigger car might be better" What?! It was a fairly aggressive upsell and along with the usual insurance nonsense, showed disdain for the customer

Very good except for a mix up on drop off time. All sorted eventually. Thought system and staff very friendly and efficient.
