Without any factual basis, they issued a damage report claiming we damaged the wheel hub after we returned the car and left. Fortunately, I took clear photos before picking up the car, otherwise it would have been hard to defend ourselves.

The Europcar customer service phone line was unreachable, but the customer service of Zuzuche assisted by calling the towing company and informing us of the waiting time. Europcar's staff did not provide the towing number, causing us to waste time waiting endlessly. Even when the call got through, they provided no explanation or solution. Zuzuche's customer service efficiently resolved the issue! Europcar's customer service was unhelpful.

Pickup and return were very convenient. The service was enthusiastic and problem-solving was handled warmly. UnionPay credit card authorization was accepted.

There was no staff available during pickup, so you need to confirm everything yourself and take photos to send to their email. The car didn’t come with a reflective vest or a warning triangle. If stopped by the police or involved in an accident, you're on your own. There was also no spare tire. The pickup location was dimly lit, but the drop-off location had proper lighting for vehicle inspection.

Why do we always get vehicles in such poor condition? Is it because we booked at a lower price or for some other reason? One time the electric car couldn't charge, another time the steering wheel was misaligned, and this time we were given a car with a loose protective panel, which hadn't even been cleaned after being returned. If there aren’t suitable cars available, don't accept the booking! We waited for half a day and got this kind of car? After a lengthy explanation, they finally upgraded the vehicle. I probably won’t choose this company again next time.

1. The scheduled pickup time was 12:00 PM, but when I arrived at the counter at 11:30 AM, they said it wasn't time yet and refused to allow pickup. I had to queue again at 12:00 PM, only to find out the reserved car model was unavailable. After some coordination, I finally got the car at 1:30 PM. 2. There was misleading promotion for insurance, which I discovered and canceled with the help of the customer service representative from Zuzuche (the car rental platform). I was told the refund would be processed within two or three days, but now thirty days have passed, and the refund still hasn’t been credited to my credit card. Zuzuche intervened and was informed that the refund process would only start after the car is returned today. 3. The service staff at the Europcar counter in Charles de Gaulle Airport had an extremely poor attitude. My reserved car was not kept, and instead of apologizing, they said, 'This is how we operate—take it or leave it!' I am submitting this review publicly and stand by the statements I have made.

The reserved car model was not available, and they provided a new car, but the upgrade required an additional fee. The contract and documents were in French, so please be aware.
