Excellent booking and pick-up experiance

When we arrived, they didn’t allow us to pick up the car. After waiting for an hour, they informed us that the reserved car model was unavailable. We then waited another hour and were given a car much smaller than the one we booked, which couldn't even fit three 24-inch suitcases. The car itself was also in poor condition and at least a few hundred dollars cheaper than what we had paid for. The experience was extremely disappointing.

We were misled, booked a Passat station wagon but ended up with a smaller, more fuel-consuming, less maneuverable 'American old car,' a Ford. We were told there were no other options and that changing cars would cost extra. Reluctantly, we eventually paid nearly twice as much to switch to a Mercedes GLC.

Received a traffic violation locally and had to pay it myself. The rental company does not provide the service to pay it on behalf of customers!

Renting a car in Switzerland is really convenient. There are clear signs at the airport showing you where the CAR RENTAL area is. Returning the car is also easy with clear signage indicating where to go—just drive back to the airport.
