The staff mentioned that if you notice any issues with the car during pickup, take photos to record them and report back during the return process. The whole service is fairly professional. The car provided was very new and well-equipped. I rented a compact automatic car, and they gave me a Toyota CHR hatchback with a hybrid system. The trunk space was large enough to fit two 24-inch suitcases without any problem. Very good experience!

Initially, they gave me a Q3, which I said was too small, so they switched it to a Tiguan. They recommended I purchase insurance, but I declined. The car had minor scratches, so I recorded a video of the car beforehand. During the return, they did a simple check, walked around the car, and checked the fuel gauge, then said everything was fine, which was great. In the end, there were no additional charges.

Easy to locate at Geneva Airport. The car provided was a different brand but very new and had no issues driving. Highway tolls are already included, highly recommended! Make sure to bring a USB cable.
