We should have been told about the need to purchase the SunPass and the fact that it was an outrageous $13/day when most tolls were under $1.50

Car was not clean, was loud as if a muffler or tire issue. Address on confirmation email was not exact and office was difficult to find.

Price was good.

The absolute worst car rental company in America..shiesters..it’s like getting pick pocketed in a supposed business..run as far as you can from them

We are canadian and this was our first time with RIGHT CARS. With other car rentals, we don't pay extra for the insurance and we show proof of our canadian insurance. The person in charge would not let us pick-up the car because we were not insured with an american company. After a long discussion and being asked to make an authorization for 2000 $ on our credit card, I phoned EasyRentCars and registered a complaint. I called a friend to pick us up since we were stuck with no car. In a last attempt, the lady asked to see our voucher and finally said that the 2000$ was guaranteed by EasyRentCars in our voucher and finally let us go with the car.
