The phone number to be picked up at the airport was not working, there was no way to contact the office. There are too many car rental places in FFL with very similar names, too confusing. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced and cruise control did not work.

Rip Off - I have never had to buy additional insurance in my over 20 years of renting cars in Florida. It is not clear that the Liability coverage has to be 300K per person as I had 300K per occurrence. I will not rent from you again.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

Horrible experience. Was charged insurance even though it was prepaid through Easyrentcars. They said "this did not appear in their files". Good thing I had my receipt on hand!!! Then they still charged $2000 to my credit card for insurance deductible. Worst Manager ever. Forced to take Sunpass for $10/day. Everyone who came was super pissed off by the experience as well.
