The car had invalid printed insurance. When I called Routes, they emailed me an invalid digital copy. I had to scrap my plans that day, took photos of the invalid insurance.

“Easy, smooth rental.”

Small operation in YYC. Pick up and drop off at the front of the store. Need to call for pickup which takes 15-25 minutes. Rental place is about 5-10 minutes from airport. Easy processing, pickup and drop off.

The location is plenty close to the airport, the value compared to other big name rental companies is excellent, and all the vehicles we saw and the one we drove are in excellent, super clean condition.
