Miami Language difficulty

The service was fine, but the car's CarPlay had issues, including system crashes and GPS drift. Ultimately, I had to use my phone for navigation.

The service quality varies by location. Miami was excellent, but in LA it was poor and they charged extra fees.

It was a very bad experience. I waited in line for over an hour to pick up the car in Miami, and the car was still broken. I changed the car in Key West, and it was still broken. Then I waited in line for 3 hours in Miami to get another car, and it was still a downgraded model. Terrible.

Service was average. Although my Zuzuche order clearly included third-party insurance, Budget denied it and asked for an additional $14 per day. After contacting Zuzuche, it was confirmed that it was included, but I had the same issue with my next rental. I didn't bother to argue anymore.

Car type reservation was not available, thus the company was forced to honor with an upgrade. Personnel at counter was not quite amiable probably caused by a reservation not done directly thru the company website, they can not find the reservation nor understood where was the reservation at the printed papers showing it, after a while, they finally noticed it.
