Originally booked a Jeep Cherokee, but got a Nissan Rogue instead. The car was very clean inside and the return process was quick. No extra insurance sales, very satisfied.

When picking up the car, the child seat didn’t fit properly, but the staff patiently helped us to replace it and familiarize ourselves with the car’s features. Until returning the car at the airport, we truly experienced Hertz’s leading position. The parking lot has complete facilities, including self-service refueling, car washing, and a 24-hour airport shuttle. The service is excellent! The return process was simple and straightforward, and the deposit was refunded immediately after inspection! I will choose Hertz again next time!

First time renting; it will be the last time. I will spread the word about how terrible my experience was. They are a horrible company to deal with.
