Dollar company is okay. Everything went smoothly, and there was no attempt to sell insurance. The vehicle inspection was relatively lenient and didn't dispute minor scratches.

We booked a Jeep Cherokee but ended up getting a Chevrolet. Other than that, everything else was great. When we extended the rental for another week, it only took a phone call to arrange it. My English is not very good and the call quality wasn't great, but the representative from Dollar Rental was extremely patient, speaking slowly and repeating themselves until we understood each other. Finally, they informed me that I didn't need to complete any formalities at the Pittsburgh airport, which made me really happy. I'll definitely choose Dollar again next time.
