A good place for a cheap car

The store is right outside the airport. Once the documents are photocopied, you can proceed to Parking Lot A to pick up the car. The staff handing over the keys, a Pakistani gentleman, was very friendly. The car was clean, and driving in Dubai was both economical and a great experience.

I booked a Mitsubishi, but ended up with a JAC instead. Not what was promised. Bad review.

I purchased insurance online, but when I arrived, they told me the coverage was insufficient and didn’t include primary insurance, trying to persuade me to buy more. I refused. When returning the car, they claimed my insurance was comprehensive after all. Clearly, this felt like upselling, and the experience was unpleasant.

There was a counter in the airport hall where the procedures were handled quickly, but they did not inform me of the specific car model. I chose an SUV COMPACT, but they gave me an SUV SMALL, which is a completely different category.

When picking up the car, they mentioned there was an airport parking fee and some sort of in-car monitoring fee, which doubled the rental cost. The reservation couldn't be canceled, and I felt scammed.
