Communication was smooth throughout since dealing with fellow countrymen, and there were no dishonest practices like with some other rental companies. Very satisfied! Renting a car is definitely more convenient than taking a taxi.
Smooth communication in English, very efficient. The car was prepared in advance, and they provided important notes and an emergency contact number before driving off.
Very good, probably because it wasn't a holiday. There was no queue and the process went smoothly. Bought insurance in the store at a relatively low price, and the vehicle was upgraded to a Toyota CH-R hybrid. Easy to drive and fuel-efficient. No need to clean the car when returning it (it was fairly clean). Really like Hertz!
The renter's bank card had expired, and they used a colleague's credit card to pay the deposit. The rental company forcibly required them to purchase additional insurance, otherwise they were not allowed to pick up the car.
