Super happy with the whole experience – the staff were really friendly, the location was easy to find, and returning the car was quick and hassle-free.
The car was in great condition, communication was quick and responsive, and they explained all the local driving habits and details really clearly. Definitely a thumbs-up from me.
Pickup was super smooth and easy to find just by following the signs. They didn’t push any extra insurance at all, just reminded me the booking only included the basic coverage from the rental company.
Very professional service, super friendly and really patient. The only downside was they didn’t remind me about paying for parking. Paying for parking in the UAE is a bit of a hassle—my credit card payment kept failing, and I ended up having to go to a supermarket to change some cash just to get it done.
The guy handling the rental paperwork was honestly something else. I booked the car for three days, and when I went to pick it up he said I had to pay three days of airport parking, a total of 654 AED. My English isn’t that bad, and I clearly saw he entered 654 on the card machine with no decimal point. I questioned it right away, and he immediately canceled the transaction and told me to check the contract, saying it was all explained online. I read it carefully and saw it should be around 50 AED. After going back and forth with him, he suddenly said it was actually 65.1 AED. I told him the 654 he said earlier really scared me. He then claimed he’d “misheard.” Come on, there’s no way I misread that number. Anyway, most of the Indian/Pakistani staff there are fine, but you really do need to stay alert. Be extra careful when renting a car. In the end I only used this one for about a day and a half, returned it early, and switched to a bigger-engine car. Gas there is only about 3–4 AED per liter, so you might as well go for a more powerful ride.
Pick-up and return were super quick and easy, the car was almost brand new and in great condition, and the staff were really friendly without trying to upsell anything.
Really happy with this rental company. My flight landed in the middle of the night and the staff were still super friendly, patient and attentive, with no pushy upselling at all.
Pretty satisfied overall. They didn’t try to charge me anything extra at the end—but to be fair, I also returned the car without any scratches or damage.
