Good car

Very close to the airport, with shuttle service provided. The car pick-up and drop-off procedures were simple, quick, and convenient. I chose a black Jeep Grand Cherokee with only around 10,000 miles on the odometer. The car was in excellent condition and safely carried me for 6000km. Overall, I am very satisfied with Alamo. Five-star review, I will choose Alamo again next time!

There are many customers renting cars. If you know how to use the self-service machine, you almost don't need to wait in line. I rented a Nissan Altima, which has average condition with over 30,000 miles on it. The car has a noticeable alignment issue and hasn't been well-maintained.

We reserved a mid-to-large size SUV, either a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only a Jeep Compass and Ford Edge were available. They downgraded us without a price reduction and promoted many extras like upgrades, GPS, and insurance.

The car's condition is good, but the model differed from the reserved one, and it was slightly smaller.

Upgraded the car model with additional cost; there was also some upselling.
