Since I was staying at a hotel near Union Square, the rental office was easy to locate and within walking distance. There weren't many people in line, and though I was worried they might not process my early pickup, they handled it without asking any questions. They recommended an additional roadside assistance service. Although I already purchased QEEQ's full coverage, I decided to buy the extra service for peace of mind in case of any breakdowns, as it wasn’t too expensive. Unexpectedly, they upgraded me to a Cherokee Jeep for free. The car was a new model from last year with great performance and flawless handling. However, I couldn't get the in-car navigation to work. Returning the car was also very convenient—I simply followed the navigation to the drop-off location and handed over the car. This road trip went smoothly overall.

Initially rented a Chevrolet Suburban, a large vehicle. Upon arrival, we were given a GMC, but the tires were leaking. Since it was a Sunday, we couldn't replace the car immediately. We went back to the store the next morning and were directed to the airport as there were no same-class vehicles available. The process was smooth, and we successfully switched to a Chevrolet Suburban. The ride to Las Vegas was great, and both the car exchange and return were quick and smooth.

The service attitude was excellent.

We had a minor collision; the other car reversed quickly out of a parking spot and hit my rear side. We called the police and later spent an hour discussing the details with the insurance company. Luckily, with the accident report, we didn't pay anything. It seems American roads have high speeds, so buying comprehensive insurance is definitely worth it for long distances.

Good service, both car pick-up and return were very convenient. They will try to sell insurance when picking up the car, but you can choose not to buy it.
