Orlando car hire horrendous

On collection the type of car rented not available offered upgrade to salon wanted a higher car for ease of getting in and out which was unavailable.They then tried very hard to sell me extra 3rd party insurance at 14£ a day for 30days this selling pressure after a long flight I could have done without.The attitude of the staff was very poor then had to go to other terminal to pick up car I will definitely never use advantage again.I have been visiting USA for 30years and this was the worst rental company I have ever had the misfortune to book with

Should vet rental companys better

Disappointed with choice of car, paid for SUV and a Jeep was supplied.

Process of booking car was flawless, customer service excellent.

Extra charge for spouse is very bad. No others do this!!! Also, I rented a RAV4 or equivalent and the Mitsubichi offered had much less storage capacity and would not hold the luggage so had to upgrade. Very disappointing

On collecting car I was told to check for damage (scratches didn't count, only dents). Found 2 dents. Never had a rental car with any damage before.

Although the vehicle had over 35,000 miles and a few scratches on it at pick up it proved to be a very reliable vehicle. First time I have used Easy Rent Cars but it won't be the last. Keep up the good work and value. Brian Simpson
