“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

My only complaint is that we had an early flight. The location was supposed to open at 6:00 am and the shuttle to the airport was supposed to leave at 6:05. They did not even open their gate/door until 6:10. It may not seem like a lot of time, but when you are trying to make a flight, it could potentially make you miss your flight.
