I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

From the time my plane landed until I was in a car, TWO hors had passed. There was over a 45 minute wait for the shuttle alone. This was a quick trip into and out of Orlando, which made a delay like this totally unacceptable. I also had to call my insurance company to prove that I didn't need their expensive insurance.

Good company, a little stingy on the upgrades normally, but you get lucky when they are low on smaller cars and will automatically upgrade you at no charge.

I rent A LOT! and this is one of the best sites with the best coupons and lowest prices.

Everything was perfect except for one thing: The windshield wiper fluid ran out after just a few sprays of fluid. During one drive a bunch of insects hit the windshield and there was not enough fluid to clean it off. I had to stop at a gas station and do it myself.
