Nightmare

Computers were down when we were picking up the car. Took forever. Co tracy said gas would be $2.10/gallon and counter staff said that it was per kilometer not gallon and offered no explanation why it said per gallon on the contract.

Booking was easy.

Best car rental experience I ever had in Orlando. The staff is very helpful and to the point. Billing is honest.

Good way to find a rental car online - good price, good choice of cars and local renters.

Once I arrived at Routes, it took over an hour of waiting to get my car and get serviced at the counter. They are so understaffed. Once I got called up, it was pretty fast, but the long wait to actually talk to a staff member was ridiculous. This was Sunday morning at 11am. It was also somewhat slow to return the car, waited about 30 min in total, but far better than the pick up.

Long pick up wait. Will never use them again
