Everything was great throughout the entire process.

Excellent service, even when there was an unexpected issue on the road, customer service was very helpful and attentive.

The front desk staff were friendly, but they still recommended insurance and an extra tank of gas, claiming their gas was cheaper. However, we politely declined. It turned out that refueling on our own was more suitable. Can't comment on the insurance since we didn't use it. Perhaps the rental company's insurance might be more convenient for claims compared to domestic platforms.

The staff asked if I wanted to pay extra to upgrade the car model. I firmly refused but was still given a four-door car in the end. The practice of trying to get customers to upgrade when no two-door cars are available greatly diminishes my impression of the company.

Like: I enjoyed my trip, spending time with my great uncle and family and I appreciate Alamo having a vehicle available at the last minute.
Dislike: Lower the price on the mini vans
