Great experience would use again

The car was very new, and since we had a lot of luggage, they kindly upgraded us to a larger SUV. This avoided a lot of unnecessary trouble.

Both pick-up and return were very convenient. The pick-up can be completed on self-service machines, saving time from queuing, very satisfied.

The car seemed to have an electrical fault of sorts - we were worried it would break down a few times! The vehicle was relatively clean but there were lots of window smudges on the inside and out, and there wasn’t much washer liquid left to clean them. They seem to add on a lot of additional charges at the counter which aren’t particularly well advertised when you book it. We ended up spending as much at the front desk as we paid to originally hire the car so it ended up being twice as expensive as we thought it would be.
