Staff in office was rude. Goldcar took an extra £100 on pickup and only refunded £70. On drop off with no explanation of why. Terrible service and will never use again.

Long wait to collect car. I booked out of hours as said office was shut but was open but still had to pay a extra €40 to cover out of hours.

Easy to book and the auto rebooking feature saved me some money too. Booked agin for next family trip.

Want my money back please. This people are Thieves. Wanted to charge $140 on top of what i hace already paid. Wanted to charge $2000 to my credit card and block it. All this for a 12 hour car rent. Goldcar. Horrible service, tried to take advantage of you. Never use this Rent-a-Car Service. Thieves! I didnt use their service at the end. Went with AVIS. More serious people.

Hello. Im renting another car today with you guys (AVIS) because of the horrible experience i had yesterday with the thieves at GOLDCAR. Rented for $25 a day. GoldCar said i have to pay $150 a day. They blamed on you. Would you please refund the money for the “rental” i didnt do yesterday. (Ref 71452633). The price was very cheap. So cheap that you would think how can they rent a car at this price and make any money. But the English woman at the counter was not very nice. She didn't smile once and all she did was tell me how much I was liable for when I turned down the insurance. And then tried to tell me I needed to have an international drivers license and I would be fined if I was stopped and didn't have it. This is not stated in their terms and I have rented many times in Spain before with no issues. So they were very pushy and not very nice but in a way it was worth it because the car was so cheap.
