The guy with the gold chain was incredibly persuasive and insisted on buying the rental company's insurance. However, I had already purchased full coverage through QEEQ and firmly declined.

The vehicle's condition was not great, and I really didn't like the car provided.

Very satisfied. As soon as we left Melbourne Airport, a shuttle bus picked us up. The driver helped with the luggage and chatted with us along the way. The service was thoughtful. At the rental office, the process was simple; they just asked a few questions before handing over the keys. The pickup location was convenient—find the designated car on the fourth floor of the parking lot and you're ready to go.

I rented two cars; my car was basically the model I booked, but the other car was smaller, and its trunk did not meet the requirements of the booked model.

The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and communication was very pleasant.
