Some of the staff were brilliant and very helpful. One particular staff member was unprofessional and inattentive and quite rude. We had a few issues with the car. A tire had popped and when we went to change it there were parts missing from the jack and the spare was flat. I wish I had paid better attention to staff members names as one of them was outstanding. His customer service was impeccable and you could see he loved his job. The other made me feel uncomfortable and seemed like he wanted to aggravate the situation

The car had a few electrical issues. It would show hazard lights when going over a bump. Sometimes it would start but not want to go anywhere. When driving in the middle of a lane it would try to pull the car over closer to the line. East Coast have been informed of this. The Haval is has uncomfortable driver seating. The headrest angles in too far and gives the driver a sore neck. Not sure we would rent one again.

Not realising you are overseas, I was charged an extra fee. If I had known that I would have used a different credit card. I am not sure it worked out any cheaper than hiring direct through supplier here in Australia.

A very good car rental company. All cars are white. Call the company from the airport and they will pick you up. If returning the car late, you can leave the keys in the box.
