Great experience all round...

Fairly satisfied, but the damage compensation fees exceeded the estimated level. Since no photos were taken at the time, the requested damage pictures via email and phone have not been provided. Asked for a contact email from the rental company on-site, but they didn’t provide it. Follow-up contact received no response. Will not choose this company again in the future.

Few staff, long wait times, unenthusiastic and passive service.

Good service attitude, quick pick-up, the car was in great condition, and reasonable prices. Very satisfied.

Great Car and Customer Service

when we went there, car has flat tyre already, nobody pre checked before us. no apologies wasting our time but staff rudely talk. they managed another vehicle for us which was cheaper than what i paid and staff was asking more money than what was on easyrentcars.com , i showed them amount in print out paper. finally it took more than 40 mins to get the car. don’t recommend east coast specially poor staff service
