Terrible experience, Condition of 1st van was totally unacceptable. service was poor when picking up both vehicles, just terrible all around. Have sent in a formal complaint but yet to hear back, not holding my breath on the reply.

The car was ok. The pick up was dreadful and slow. The service at the puck up was so slow. I would advise that the cheap price is not worth it. Very vigorous selling of insurance that was factually incorrect

Staff and car excellent. Had to take a taxi to collect car. Driver very unhappy with short journey...and made his view clearly known. That was an uncomfortable experience. Stephanie checked me in and was lovely

Con men don’t both, very cheap, I had excess insurance so they were pissedoff that I didn’t take out insurance when I dropped it off they found a scrape that was already there but wasn’t on the paper work so had to fork out £400 so they could make money from me. I will very use again and beware
